recieved letter with enclosed check in the amount of $4,918.00 letter stated tax and insurance handling fee was $4000.00 i was to cash check and call them . bank that check was drawn on was u.s.bank national assocuation in 5895 bear valley minneapolis mn,55480. claims officer was sam goodman.. purpose/remitter ; rebecca gomez esq.
