Made purchase through PayPal. Received shipping notification from PayPal that the package (webcam) was shipped on 07/14/2020. Was provided with a tracking number for USPS: 9374889696090520586471. Went to check status on 07/15/2020 and USPS information stated package was delivered on 07/13/2020 at 4:6PM. Was actually sitting on front porch at that time and no package was delivered. Notified PayPal. Tried calling phone number. Cal was never answered or allowed to leave a message. Got a recording that the number was either non-functioning or out of service. Sent an email with no response.
