I am a social worker at *** *** *** ***. A client who remains anonymous received a visit at his door from someone claiming to be from water department and wanting to collect on his past due water bill. This person had an ID with name Clifton Davis on it and the client resides on southside of Youngstown. Client did not give him anything as the ID looked fake to the client.
