Type of a scam Online Purchase

I saw an ad online saying 39.95 for 2 bottles of keto and I clicked on it because it wasn’t my first time ordering keto online but when I submitted my payment it charged my card $225. I was highly pissed and when I kept trying to call the number I couldn’t get anyone on the phone it keep saying the same message. Your suppose to always be able to talk to a human so I’m like please tell me this is not a scam because I want my money back. I didn’t receive any product period.
