Type of a scam Home Improvement
He was supposed to fix my sisters roof..came to estimate, then priced it at 6500CAD. Took the full amount in cash from my sister and said he is coming tomorrow to fix it
He said he needs the money to get the supplies. Never came back, kept on calling and delaying it. Then eventually said that my sister never gave him any money and that he is not planning on doing anything and that my sister can sue him. Police said that there is nothing they can do because there is no proof of money exchange.
