Ordered elephant items from this website. The item never arrived. Contacted the company in regards of the issue- they refused to offer a refund and claimed they "sent another out." It has been over 6 months and neither shipment arrived and now the company will mot respond. They took money for payment and refuse to refund it. Now, upon checking reviews, it seems basically everyone who has ordered from this place never gets their items or their money back.

I ordered 3 elephants from this company on 25 of November and have sent several text but getting no results . They say to wait 5 more business days and if you don’t receive them to let them know and they will reorder them. I still haven’t seen them.
