I found a really cute light up elephant pillow advertisement on Facebook listed as free just pay the $5.95 shipping so I ordered it back in January 1st of 2018 and I contacted them in March and they apologized and said another one was getting shipped right away now here it is October of 2018 and I have still not received nothing and the e-mail is no longer active as of May of 2018

I ordered two items on the 27/03/18 from classy Ella and my items never arrived..I contacted the commmmpany and they said they would send them out again, this time around I asked for a tracking number, I tracked my items for weeks and all of a sudden I couldn’t track it anymore my items were now “overseas” I contacted the company several times again before my email address was blocked I have gone through the website to contact them and have still had no response…

I just wanted my items for my new born niece and nephew..who as you will know are now no longer new borns and will be the correct age to enjoy the peek-a-boo toys but unfortunately all I’ve been able to determine is that it is a scam…it should be shut down immediately they should not be allowed to continue to scam people

Also I’ve had to state that I’m a USA citizen to file this complaint when I’m actually from the UK (England)

I went to email them yet again and now their email is not accepting emails or not a working email any longer. They got my money for shipping and decided to not send the items.

I feel so stupid for not doing my own research. This company offers free items and just pay shipping. Five months in and over 7 emails and now the email address no longer works so you are out the money. I know it isn’t a lot of money but add that up with the over 80+ reviews/complaints and that equates to a lot of money. How can they still be able to have a working website to steal consumers money? I feel embarrassed Foe falling for it but hope someone else learns from my own mistake.

To date I still have not received my order and cannot contact them because my emails are returned as undeliverable. This company is not legit. After the fact I looked into the comments and they are scamming hundreds of thousands of people. They change the name of the business and start over.

I purchased an elephant shaped pillow online from Classy Ella via their Facebook advertisement, but never received the item. I purchased the item in early May 2018 and payment of $6.58 was taken from my account on the 6th May 2018.

I tried to contact the company via email today, 21st June 2018, however the email failed to send, as of the email address no longer exists.

I just wanted to warn others of the scam.

There was an ad Inn facebook, where you could get an elephant mat for free if you just pay shipping. Then once you click on the link it takes you to their website where you can get a whole variety of elephant themed children’s products at discount prices. I ordered 2 items & paid $8.95 shipping and did not receive. I emailed [email protected] and did receive a response saying to notify them again if not received in additional 15 days, which I did not. When I’ve emailed them again, my emails are rejected.

Bought items that never showed up. They made excuses as to why it didn’t show up and when I got fed up with it and tried to email back about refunding and canceling my order their email address “wasn’t found”. No other means of contacting them no base office they seem to operate from. Scam site. All they want is to steal your money. Lucky I used an almost empty gift card not my bank card or they would have that too and who knows what they’d have tried then.

You can order elephant items off this website. There has been hundreds if not thousands of people ripped off by this website. I ordered items February 2018 and have yet to receive anything. I emailed them in May and just heard my order is “on the way.” Now I try to email them and my email is blocked. I will never receive a refund or my items. Please check into this website and please shut it down! I hate seeing people get ripped off!

After two months I got a hold of them again, they said they shipped order out again and even gave me a tracking link.
