Said I was involved in a criminal lawsuit from the I.R.S. Caller said I owed $3000 but they would settle for $1800 if I would wire the money into a certain account. Told them I would need to legal help and I would contact them back. Afterwards I checked the number online and came across many reports of the same number and threats from the same caller. Caller identified himself as Daniel Wiseman.

Professional sounding woman (recording) calls, claiming to be from IRS, and leaves a (202) Area code Phone # to call back and arrange immediate payment of taxes owed, or they will file a lawsuit for collection. They rely on you to call back out of fear. Probably have a live person taking the call. I did not call back. I am in 85254 Zip code.
