Type of a scam Debt Collections

This person sent me an email that I owed on a pay day loan from a company of Merchant Cash Advance Service which I have never heard of. He wanted me to send him money via a google card. I was agreeable at first thinking I would have money but when I explained that I did not have any money available he kept sending me emails all day. He has now threaten a lawsuit on me and a court summons will be issued and deliver to my door shortly. I think and someone that I showed it to also feels it is a scam
