I saw a post on FaceBook regarding a research group that would pay you with Amazon gift cards for installing their software to collect advertising information for their studies. Following are the requirements BRG listed : Q: How much will I be paid?

You will be paid $5 after installation of the Research Software and all of the program participation requirements have been met.

Q: How do I get paid?

You will be sent an Amazon Gift Card to the email of your choosing.

Q: When do I get paid?

Your first payment of $5 will be sent within 4 business days. Participation payments are processed on the 1st of each month for the previous month. Payments may take up to 4 business-days to deliver.

Q: What are the requirements to be paid?

You must have completed the initial survey and met the requirements

Installed the Research software

Set an e-mail address to receive payment.

Leave your computer powered on and connected to the internet for a minimum of 4 hours every day

Login and use Facebook for 1 hour a day from your computer.

Do not alter, modify, disable, pause, delete or otherwise interfere with Facebook Ads or Facebook Pages.

Q: What if I don’t get my $5 Amazon Gift Card within 4 business days?

If you don’t receive your Amazon Gift Card via email, it is likely a problem with the installation of the software. If you need assistance with the software installation, please contact us.

Failure to adhere to these eligibility requirements will result in forfeiture of all earnings and termination from the program.

The BRG site states that "if you do not receive your Amazon Gift Card, please contact us". However, there is no contact info whatsoever. No mailing address, no email address, no telephone #.

I downloaded BRG’s software on Friday, ?March ?22, ?2019. I have yet to receive an Amazon gift card from them. As of today May 24, 2019, I have earned by the accounting of BRG, $528.00 plus the $5.00 for installing the software. BRG is obviously running a BIG SCAM. They are gathering their research data but are not paying the research participants.
