Type of a scam COVID-19

Person called me claiming to be from the board of health department claiming that I came in contact with somebody that tested positive for Covid-19 within the week. They already knew my first and last name, asked me to confirm my birthdate and address. They ran down a series of symptoms and asked me if I had any of them. And then ran down a series of diseases and asked if I had any of those. Told me that if I came in contact with somebody that tested positive for covid that they require me to quarantine for 2 weeks as if I tested positive for it as well. Asked me to list the persons/places that I have been to within the week that I have came in contact with. When they started to sound unprofessional I asked if I could call them back. They offered me to call them back on the phone number that showed up on my call log which was 513-375-3527. So I called them from my business phone to see if it was actually the department of health, which is I confirmed it was a scam because it didn’t have an official recording just a female answering like typical. I ended the conversation before any more information was given out, but I’m assuming she was prompting to set up a “testing for covid” so that she can retrieve my credit card info.
