Type of a scam Debt Collections

I received two phone calls concerning a "debt" and that allegations that have been filed against me at their office for legal action. The department is actively pursuing me at my residence and place of employment. Once they locate me I will forfeit that right. I received it from a recording with the number called from 360-209-3514 and 208-789-0461. Someone called me back from the 208-789-0461 saying her name is Mrs. Foxworth. She claimed that there were charged filed against me regarding a payday loan over the internet I took out a few years ago. She refused to tell me her first name, refused to tell me who the pay day loan company was, what year this is. I informed her that I have never took out a payday loan. She got nasty with me and told me she is going to take me straight to court. I called the number back to get her first name and she immediately hung up on me.
