Do not order from this company. I placed a order in April this is June and still have not received it. You can not talk to a person. They sent an email and said it’s still in flight since April. That’s a long flight!!! I would not have ordered if I had known it was in China.

I have been contacting this company since April 25, 2019. Ordered a dress for my daughter for her prom and paid for expedited shipping-it not only arrived late and after her prom but the dress looked nothing like the picture or description picture on their website. I contacted the company and expressed the issues and they gave me the instructions on how to return it and how I had to pay for it. I shipped it back to them on May 23, 2019 which cost $24.80. I have yet to receive my refund. I have emailed them on 5/23/2019, 8/8/2019, 10/16/2019, 10/25/2019, 10/30/2019, and 10/21/20196. Their customer service is horrible and they only give false hope on their reply emails as if they are going to refund and they haven’t as of yet.
