Type of a scam Credit Cards

I have been called twice in the last hour and they always say the same thing " We have been trying to get a hold of you but haven’t until now .You can get a lower interest rate and can we ask you a few questions? " I think they were trying to get me to say yes but I specifically told them not to call me and I got a call again within the hour. They call at least every other day. Beware !
