Type of a scam Identity Theft

I was informed by a follower on Instagram that I could "better myself" so, I was like okay she’s a real person let me hop on her wave. It said to text the 786 number "I’m interested." I proceeded to contact them. I asked the person that was the "uncle" of "Chris" if this was really legit. they answered YES! They asked for my acct. information and a picture of my license. I asked a couple more times and even told them that this sounds "skeptical." After I gave them my information. Luckily I don’t keep much money in my account. My bank called the next morning informing that the check was FRAUDULENT! The bank closed my account immediately!
