Been waiting almost 2 months for my order of magnetic lashes. Have contacted several times but just get the same old messages that they will get back to me but never do. I think the tracking number and their shipping company are fake too. They took my money the same day and not when it was supposed to have shipped. I’m contacting my bank even if I can’t get my money back I want my bank to be aware.

CAUTION!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered a product on May 1 and 10 days after, I received an email saying it was on its way. May 23rd I still have not received it I looked up the tracking information it said it was sitting in a warehouse in China. There is no phone number to call customer service only an email which I emailed numerous times and they say nothing other then check the tracking number which I have every single day and it’s still sitting in a warehouse in China. I have now asked to have my order canceled twice nothing has happened and I have not received any emails or phone calls or anything and again my product is STILL sitting in a warehouse in China. I’ve tried writing to them on Facebook; they don’t answer and if I make a comment they delete it. I am at my wits end. I’ve never had this happen, ever!! with any company I’ve ever used. I beg you, do not use this company! I’m probably never going to see my money or the product I ordered. They scammed me and I’m beyond pissed. I don’t know what to do at this point other than to warn other people about this company.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I attempted to make a purchase from this site, after check out I did not recieve any sort of confirmation number, nor did I recieve and confirmation e-mail. My card has already been charged. It has been a week. I contacted customer service and all they said was that I needed to provide a confirmation number, which I never recieved. Then I am told that they do not have any record of a purchase under my name or email address. Remember that my card has been charged. I messaged them on Facebook, and thet repaeted what was said in the emails. Now they do not respond to any message from me.
