Dear Sir or Madam:

I am writing this letter to report a fraud airline website located in Vancouver, which steals and robs people’s money!!!

The website looks like real, here is the website: http://us.ceair.com/en/booking.htm

Here is the nightmare when I tried to book an air ticket for our family guest on Nov 10, 2017 evening:

Mr. *** *** came from LA to Toronto on Oct 17 by Westjet, the ticket was booked by me for him online, everything was going smoothly. He wanted to go back Qingdao, China by taking China Eastern Airlines MU208 and MU5521 on Nov 19 and Nov 20 respectively. I searched the internet and found the website above. After the payment of $744.86 CAD was submitted, a message pomp up: "If you don’t receive the confirmation (or notification) in 10 minutes, please call 1-855-589-5300". We did not receive anything, then I called (it was so hard to reach a human being), a woman answered the call, said that we would receive an email in two hours, she gave me a "Confirmation number" – NXTRDR and promised me she would send me the email soon. Anyway, I have never received anything.

I kept calling next day, nobody answered the call, the voice mail always stated "We are busy at the moment, please wait". Finally, *** *** called the China Eastern Airlines China contact by the phone number the web site listed. The answer was, the ticket was booked but it was cancelled. *** *** Bank of America visa card was charged $588.86 by China Eastern Air. Please see the attachment of the screen shot of *** *** cell phone banking. He had to block his credit card and request a new one mailed to his LA address to his wife. He cannot go back China on his planned date and has to deal with the dispute procedures in Canada.

Please investigate this company and prevent more customers to fall into this fraudulent trap.

P.S. *** *** is on travel status in USA now, I am helping him to report this fraudulence to you. I just use my phone number and email address as contact information. He is not targeted, but he is a victim.
