Type of a scam Identity Theft

On January 24 @ 4:22pm a gentlemen called me by the name of George. I advised him i would contact him when I am ready to meet. I asked for child safety kits to be mailed to my home approx 3 months ago and I never received anything in the mail. Instead I had someone to call me asking me when we could meet up. Today, January 26 approx 3:30pm, this same guy popped up at my home when I was not there asking my mother if i was home and trying to set up a time to meet. No where did this advertisement state that people would harass me. I advised the gentlemen that I would call him and to never pop up at my house again! Instead of him being professional and accepting and requesting my request he hung up on me. I believe this is a scam and now he knows where I live!
