I ordered a stained glass suncatcher that was not even stained glass. It was a piece of painted plastic with epoxy over it when asked for refund they told me I might as well keep it and enjoy the use of it because it would cost me more. This company is nothing but a total scam do not buy anything from them.

Placed an order. Two months later, no delivery, no tracking, and every response is “Sorry. Wait longer”. Asked for cancellation and refund- “Sorry. Wait longer.”

Type of a scam Online Purchase

It started off as an ad on Facebook, I wanted the item and clicked onto the website. After ordering, about 1 1/2 weeks, I receive an email offering a different product as the one I ordered was no longer in stock. I replied that I wanted a refund, they then replied that my item was restocked and shipped. The tracking number I received never worked, shipped with China Post. After those two emails I haven’t been able to send a reply back, each time receiving an email that my message wasn’t sent.
