Type of a scam Phishing

I have no idea what the scam part is, other than I worry that they have my name, full address, and phone number. Who knows what else they have on me… I received a package of Ray-Ban sunglasses from China that were not ordered by me or anyone else I know. I have heard about the mystery seeds appearing in packages from China, but I can’t imagine what benefit they get from sending me sunglasses? I will be changing all of my passwords just to be sure. I blurred my info on the packaging.
