Type of a scam Moving

I put in my quote through their website. They got back to me quickly via e-mail with a quote. The contact was Sarah M the coordinator. After a few e-mails, they quickly called to set up a meeting ASAP in order to give them a deposit, which I felt rushed and inclined to make a choice right away without looking into it more. I gave the deposit where I signed a document, but they never sent an invoice of the amount, but I do have a confirmation e-mail that I gave the deposit. They only accepted cash so I have no proof in a credit card statement. About a week and a half before I was moving they called and told me it was their policy to take the rest of the cash before they moved me. I was not comfortable with this and let them know that, but they seemed like they were being very accommodating by trying to "make me comfortable" with the transaction. They came to my house and took inventory of the stuff I was moving and took the remaining balance. The movers were supposed to show up the Friday before I was moving to wrap up my furniture. They never showed and I called but received no call back. The next day no one showed up either so I was left without any movers and $800 broker. I called repeatedly but they seemed to turn off the phone. I e-mailed and texted and never received anything back.
