I received a phone call from someone who claimed to be with Chase Bank. (Mr. Greg Hines) They said they had been sold my mortgage and that i could save a couple hundred dollars a month on my mortgage by paying it to him directly. So i did as instructed. I went and got prepaid gift/debit cards and gave the "Bank Representative" the numbers for 4 months thinking i was paying my mortgage, but it was a scam and i was not paying my mortgage. I only figured out what happened when i was contacted by my real mortgage company- i am now at serious risk of forclosure.
