Type of a scam Online Purchase

June 9, 2019, Charmzo advertised on instagram. I purchased 4 clothing items. After a week I contacted them via email for a tracking number. They sent it to me and, after 4 weaks, I received my items. 3 of the four items didn’t fit. The website www.charmzo.com states that you must use the website portal to return items but it does not work so I emailed them. Here is their response:

"To return your package shipping fee shall be paid by customer, you must return the items in new or unused condition as original.

We will refund your money to your original payment account within 7-15 business days after your return package is received and confirmed. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Please remember to give us the tracking number and shipping carrier after you ship back, we suggest customer could use local postal service as the return shipping carrier. Also, please note: we do not accept any returning packages through DHL, FedEx, UPS or any other expedite shipping methods.

I sent the Items back USPS priority and emailed Charmzo with the tracking number. 3 days after shipment the items were delivered. I emailed them and they responded back telling me that they did not receive the items because I shipped to the incorrect address. However, they offered to refund 50% of my money. I filed a complaint with the USPS. Within 2 days (July 24, 2019) the USPS contacted me and told me that the items were delivered to the correct address. They also told me that this happens all the time with this particular recipient.

On July 25, 2019 I sent, via e-mail, to Charmzo, the letter from the USPS, telling them that I would like to resolve the matter without contacting the Office of Inspector General and the ScamPulse.com, but If I don’t receive a 100% refund, I will contact them.

I have 22 emails in my thread to Charmzo. I am tired of dealing with this, but will not give up fighting.
