I am so thankful for the PetScam website! I googled charismaticshihtzus and found out these people are the criminals I thought they were. Email correspondence… the last one dated 12/9/2017 is as follows:

Alright! I’ve been through your last email with my partner regarding your interest for Angela and we both feel comfortable placing the puppy in your home. They are adorable little bundles of joy with tons of loving and kisses to offer their family! The baby would be coming along with basic needs including designer outfits with an information guide on the puppy’s diet & food brand (canned, dry and mixed) and a photo album alongside some helpful information that will help facilitate the transition so, you are advised to get the following grooming tools within a month or two from now: Shampoo, Conditioner, Pin Brush, Nail Clippers, Ear/Pad Trimmer, Ear Lotion, Scissors. About food brand, I feed all my puppies Purina Puppy Chow for the first year at which time I switch to Purina Little Bits. I choose to feed Purina because it is relatively inexpensive and is readily available across the United States at most department or grocery stores. There are many opinions on which dog food to use. This is a decision only you can make, but keep in mind Purina has been making dog food for over 50 years and they do extensive research on nutrition and protein. Other dog foods may cost more but that does not necessarily mean they are better.

Regarding payment, we always require cash to pay the puppy’s airfare when processing the shipping reservation and to receive the money and proceed with the shipping reservation anytime at your convenience. Once I receive the money and book the reservation, I will then email you the flight tracking number and the time of arrival. You can get the money sent from any Western Union or Money gram store by money transfer. All you have to do is find any WesternUnion or Money gram store in your area and do a simple person to person money transfer. You are expected to pay the rehoming fee as well as the shipping fee making a total of $680. She will be shipped in a crate. Let me know when you are ready to send the money so I will provide you with information to send the money.

After this email correspondence, for a person to person money transfer, I knew this was a scam!
