I ordered from a company advertised in Facebook over a month ago. I have emailed the company 16 times and called the company countless. Emails have not been returned and phone calls have gone unanswered. They had another number listed for customer service it has since been changed to an international number with a personal voicemail.

I bought a jacket from this site Nov 24th 2017 on facebook. I looked at the site before making a purchase to make sure it looked ok. I put my order in and was charged $55.21 plus a .44 charge. I got a conformation email with he amount and order #. I emailed them about a week later about my order and got no resposnse. So I tried chat and got the same. I called the phone number but it just rings. I have been checking my bank accounts but nothing more has been taken.

Purchased a supposed authentic NFL jacket for a Christmas gift a yet to receive it. Checked on the order status and it just say be processed.

I order this back in November. I do see other people having the same issue. What can be done about this? How do I get my money back?

I had a website pop up on Facebook saying you can buy NFL jackets and sweatshirts. so I clicked it found the sweatshirt / jacket I wanted proceeded to check out, entered card number and bought it. then it said my transaction is being processed and I haven’t received anything from them since. I have been trying to contact them through email and messaging and telephone number I get absolutely no responses and the telephone number on their website nobody answers. then I looked up on Facebook for reviews and everybody that tried ordering from there all got scammed out of their money no one has ever received any products or ever received contact with the website.

The are showing advertising for NFL gear on facebook & you pay by credit card. Then nothing. You send emails no reply the you call no answer. They show

up on ur bank statement as smartzinmarketing shepparton.

I purchased a jacket on the Champion Bubble Website, and never received the merchandise. I have tries to contact them numerous times, but without an answer. I would like to report this company, as well as try to get my money back. Please help!
