Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

Okay, I recently graduated from college, have been looking for a job for over two months. My life was going pretty smooth, it’s just I was a litttle upset that I couldn’t find a job quick. Was struggling with interviews. Until this woman emailed me on the Thursday of October 12th 2017. This was after I applied at Chacur INC for office assistant on LinkedIn. She on her email, gave me the instructions of what I need to do and told me that she will do an interview with me on the Thursday of October 19th 2017. However, she said if I am accepting her job, she is going to send me a check to my address of about $2,455 of which $700 is going to be my salary. I will spend the rest on buying foods and other supplies for the kids at Foster Care Center, where she does donations every month. I was like wow, $700 per week for my first job, let’s do it. I received her check on a saturday, October 14th 2017. She told me to deposit into my account as soon as possible. I used my bank app to deposit the money. I received a notification from my bank that it will take at least one business day to process the check which i deposited. I told her what my bank app said. She then told me to text her on her phone once the check is fully deposited (as in monday), since she told me to use her funds only to buy her supplies and all. I said sure, have a great weekend. But later in the evening, she asked me if i have $300 on hand, (this is where i make the dumb mistake) because she needed me to send some amount urgently to one of the foster care representative she speaks with. I didnt want to initially, but i spoke to my dad about it. He was like this woman sent a chase check, seems pretty professional as she is good with laying out instructions, and she gave you an opportunity to work for her, so go ahead spend $300 for her work. I was like you sure dad? He said she wont cheat us, she seems nice. I didn’t feel good about this, but i ended up using my dad’s money to send her client money via moneygram from wal-mart. Next thing you know, she never responded. My dad couldn’t believe what happened and I am super furious. I need my dad’s money back.. We are super tight, n he worked really hard for it. So if any of you finds her, let me know. Make her payback all the money she took from victims like me. She has made it tough for me and my dad. She took advantage over a young boy who is desperate for his first career job.
