Certified Direct Imaging PH# 1-844-344-2669 – represented by "Supervisor" Georgia Lewis indicating that the price of the toner for our Sharp 5X511 has significantly changed from $619.00 to $699 per month- that they normally let us know 30 days in advance of a price change but this was a verbal reach out to let us know. Indicates that for customer service purposes she will send us a box now at the 619.00. -We do not do business with this company but they make it sound as if they are our normal supplier. When pressed about if we currently did business with them, they were evasive making blanket and generalized statements to make one believe that they are our normal supplier. "Your last order consisted of____ toner cartridges, thats what will will send you now". Said the verification department would call back to get our credit card info tomorrow for the 619.00
