Certificate of Existence

Received a letter today along with documents of formation, separate pieces of mail, of course. I was skeptical, because I’m no fool. I did a quick search just for the address alone and found a few sites which helped me along. I will not be ordering squat LOL I search everything before doing anything. You have to think smart! Everything is the same as what others have said. I have attached a file with the letter, but removed all info because I don’t want more scammers sending me stuff! LOL 🙂

Requested $90.50 for our new business to provide a Certificate of Existence. When I called the number provided, 1-866-301-2738, and asked if it could be done online, as I felt something was off after finding the ACTUAL website where the cost was a lot less, she said she didn’t know anything about that. We would need to send a check to the address provided, 7956 Vaughn Road #397, Montgomery, AL 36116 — and it could be a personal check, business check, money order, cashier’s check, etc. She tried to sound like she knew what was going on and provide information to make me feel more comfortable sending her money.

Requested $90.50 for our new business for certificate of existence. Make checks to AL Certificate of Service 7956 Vaughn Rd. #397 Montgomery, AL 36116. States that it bears the official seal of the Alabama Secretary of State.
