Type of a scam Online Purchase

I placed an order online and paid them. I received an email confirmation saying orders normally ship within 2 business days, and arrive within 7-10 business days. After 3 weeks, I called to check the status… no answer, no reply to my voice mail. Another week later, I emailed them… no reply. I looked up reviews to see if others had similar problems, and found that many had also paid and not received their orders. If this keeps happening, it means they just keep taking people’s money, and ignoring them, stealing their money!
