I was left a voice message from Hilda Martin who said I ignored her calls and I needed to call this number back before she shows up at my house or my job to deliver paperwork. She left a case number only and the phone number to call back 8665505689. She also called my mom house and said the same thing to my mother. She never identified the company she was calling from or in reference to. When I called the number back a Brian answered who would not say what company he worked for only to tell me that he worked for a transferring board company and I gave him the case number and she said he needed to transfer me to Ashley but he didn’t know what company she worked for either. Got Ashley and she wanted me to verify my information and I would not and she would not answer my questions address, phone number etc for the company. She told me when I felt comfortable verifying my information to contact her back directly. I asked to speak to a supervisor which I got Selna id number i34j-62. She would not answer any of my questions either unless I verified my information which I would not. She said they are a mediation company not a debt collector. She asked to put me on a brief hold which turned into 20 minutes and she never returned to the call so I hung up. The message was left from 3018501594. I did call this number back and there was no answer.

Called me for my brother-in-law. Suspiciously asked for my husband didn’t ask my name immediately started to give me information without verifying if I knew the person. They also were unprofessional and when I tried to call the initial number that called me, some recording picked up that said, "You have reached the investigations department do not leave a message."

Received numerous phone calls for someone other than myself on my cell phone. After the 5th voicemail, I called the number back to advise that they had the wrong number and to remove my number from their listings. I got someone by the name of Ryan who refused to give me any information about the company and what they do. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he became belligerent and rude, stated he was the supervisor. There was no one else for me to talk to and he was not going to remove my number from anything. He was vulgar and made very racist remarks. I don’t know how to stop this without having any real information on the company.

I got a call saying there was a claim against me from Central Services. When I called, they said I was $600 in debt for a phone from 2014. They wanted me to pay the debt over the phone immediately with a credit card. They said I would not be served papers. I asked for their contact info. They said they could not provided the physical address of the company for the safety of their employees. They said they were only open till 2pm. They said they were located in Los Angeles, CA.
