On Tuesday 20th 2016 afternoon I reiceved a phone call on my answering machine from a person saying he was Carl Henderson and I needed to return his call at 866-375-3036 . I called the number and a woman answered and ask me if my SS# was and after that she said that I was being sued for a loan I had got in 2012,and did not get paid off . She said that I could save if I would agree to pay an amount lower then owed
I told her I did not get a loan and would not pay any amount for something I did not owe she said that I would be taken to court and charged for the suit plus court cost .

BBB received a call from a consumer reporting she received a call from a "Central Processing" stating she owed a pay day loan. She has never had a payday loan.
