Svetlana Mollazadeh took money from my husband to get visas for his sons who live in Russia. She didn’t do anything did not notified us that they were called for an interview and the case got closed. Now she won’t give us our paperwork back. I went to her office and multiple people were standing in front of her closed door and could not get their paper work back.. she’s taking people money and doesn’t do anything and she can’t be reached
