Type of a scam Online Purchase

This website claims that you can earn cash from home by typing in captchas. To receive the money, you must buy referrals in order for them to send you the money to your paypal. The referrals can only be bought with bitcoin. Once you send the bitcoin to them for the referrals, it suddenly becomes "lost" and they ask you to send more so this won’t happen again to the admins. I found out from the admins of the legit bitcoin site that it is a scam. This website is only 6 days old.
