I ordered an oscillating heater from CeCes Warehouse as a Christmas gift. I paid $104 for it. On December 13 they sent an email saying it was on its way. I waited, and waited. I tried tracking it, only to find out UPS hadn’t even picked it up yet! As if today, December 28th, they still hadn’t. I’ve contacted the company twice, they’ve failed to reply. I have no idea where the heater is, the company is ignoring me. I guess I’m out $104! Lesson learned, stay away from this company!

I had ordered a 12v heater/defroster for my utv but to my surprise when opened the package I had received a drinking water pump! I called the number and got a recording I also emailed them requesting my actual order or my $49 refunded. Now with reading the reviews it may be a loss cause 😡

I tried to return a vacuum cleaner that was still in the box and they did not respond to my emails requesting a label. It was within the 14 day window that they require.

Warehouse will not refund me. I have sent pictures per their request. Pictures of box and the box address labels. We have requested a return label. I have repeatedly asked them to contact me. No reply. We’ve requested a refund within 14 day limit time. All requirements have been met.

Won’t refund a purchase though we have repeatedly requested one. They said they would send us mailing stickers. That was a couple months ago and never sent that. No one answers office when, I call saying the office is shut down. I’ve repeatedly contacted them with no reply back. There is no manager to speak with.

Warehouse will not take merchandise back and give me a refund. Co did not send send me a receipt with merchandise and will not respond to us though we have emailed them frequently and doing everything they requested we hear nothing back. Co.’s office closed indefinitely.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

After receiving one of the two BestCoolâ„¢ Portable Air Conditioner Cooler Indoor Unit with Fan & Evaporator Air Humidifier", during discovery of the unit. I noticed that on the unit it didn’t mention being an air conditioner but only an air cooler fan. The product advertised and being sold is being falsely advertised and I would like a refund for this unit as well. I could have bought a regular fan for the amount of inconvenience and misleading that has been displayed by your company.

The company then responded with this per me having to pay the return fee for an item I didn’t order.

Please email me 2 pictures. One of the labels on the outside of the package (with your name, shipping address, etc) two a picture of the product or the box of the product if unopened.

Could you please clarify if the original package was kept or not? The warehouse staff will refuse to receive the return package without the original package keeping per our return policy

Once received we will put in the request for a return label. That takes 3-4 BUSINESS days, to set up the return and get a return label.

Once received we will email the label to you.
