Received an email about becoming a secret shopper.Replied that I was interested.Received another email a few days later stating that I had been selected and that an envelope with my first assignment and cashiers check would be coming in the mail.I received the envelope and inside was a check for $2,870 and my first assignment.Letter instructed me to cash the check immediately, take out my pay of $350 and buy 3 $500 Walmart gift cards. This definitely doesn’t sound right to me.Please beware of anything that sounds to good to be true.Theres no such thing as easy money.Luckily,I’m not so easily duped.

I received a text about a Wal-Mart secret shopper assignment I never asked for, also I know Wal-Mart doesn’t use secret shoppers. The next day I received a large envelop in the mail with a check for $1,870.23 and a letter with an assignment to deposit the check then buy 4 $400 Wal-Mart gift cards and send them pics of the cards and the pin. Supposedly I’m to be looking for "illegal" gift cards. Also it says to be discreet and I have 3 days from receiving the letter to complete the job. They have texted me about 3 times today for an update.
