Catastrophe Services Inc. (CSI) was paid over $40,000 to perform repairs in lieu of claim I submitted that submitted to USAA Insurance company back in 2015. This contractor not only submitted estimates for repairs that were never done, they also placed lien against my property citing they were owed money again for repairs that were never performed. After applying to refinance my home where the repairs were supposed to be performed, I was contacted by the bank and told that CSI did in fact place a lien against my property and they have since went out of business due to consumer complaints. When I tried contacting them to resolve this issue, I discovered that this contractor no longer exists, however, the lien against my property still does exist. In addition, I informed USAA, that this contractor had asked me if they could forge my signature which ultimately happened on documents that were sent to the insurance company that never received.
