I sent in two boxes of test strips and four boxes of lancets worth $78.00. They received them via USPS on March 17. I have tried contacting them numerous times. The phone number listed is no longer in service. I had email response from one woman and she said she was forwarding my email to accounting. She no longer responds to my emails. I also messaged on Facebook, but got the same response, forwarding to accounting department. All I get now is the automatic response when I message. I’ve also left negative responses on postings but after an initial response, I haven’t heard anything in weeks. I used them before and had no trouble. This seems to be a recent problem.
