CASCADE CAPITAL, LLC/DYNAMIC RECOVERY SOLUTIONS, PO Box 25759, Greenville, SC 29616-0759, claim that they purchased all of Z-TEL COMMUNICATIONS’s (a telephone company), "debts owed to them by Z-Tel’s former clients. Z-Tel has been deservedly BANKRUPT AND OUT OF BUSINESS for at least a decade or longer. 1.) Z-Tel was a scamming, horrible company whose telephone representatives had to lie and say that they would cancel telephone service when called several times that another telephone company was chosen due to Z-jtel’s horrible telephone service. Z-Tel failed and ignored requests to remove their line, and therefore stop charging when our residence switched to a different company. They continued to bill, we continued to tell them we refuse to pay when we had a different telephone company’s bill to honor. 2.)Z-Tel went out of business and filed for bankruptcy, and rightly so. 3.) 13 years later, two separate DEBT RECOVERY companies have called, harassed, and sent bills to my new home address. I responded by sending them a letter, and now, a different debt company is claiming to have purchased Z-Tel’s money owed to them, and will continue to send me notices until paid, and that they’re willing to accept a lesser amount. 4.) I tried to explain that I never owed that money and cancelled with Z-Tel to switch telephone companies and Z-Tel ignored cancellation requests, and continued to bill our residence, untl they went out of business. I have told them that they purchased a truly bad and fraudulent debt from Z-Tel. They claim I owe them $424.53. I want them to stop harassing me about Z-Tel that scammed a lot of people by ignoring people who’ve asked to cancel their services a decade ago, and continued to bill them.
