Received fax 7/1/2015 stating:

Called to find out NAME OF COMPANY and COMPANY ADDRESS.  Woman who answered did not want to give out any information and kept asking for my order.  She finally told me their company name was Carribean Travels but and that they were in Orlando, but refused to give their address although I asked (3) times. Also, researched phone #’s online but they do not lead to any company information, only complaints posted for each #.
