I have been looking for employment online through different websites such as Indeed, Career Builder, LinkedIn etc.. when I received an email regarding work at home employment from Cargo Transfer LLC. I received emails explaining what the position was:Logistic Maintanance Specialist is a full time work from home position which deals with receiving small/medium sized parcels. The daily task of work were as follow:You will be in charge of receivingpackages atyouraddress
your tasks will be to check it, after tomake sure, that the packages
have the right orders inside, and that nothing is damaged. You will also be required tocreate a
photo report for each received delivery and send it to your supervisor.After that,
we will provide you with the new prepaid label for eachpackage to ship out.You would not be
required to pay anything out of your pocket for the shipping. As Logistics Maintenance Specialist,you will report to the assigned Compensation: $2800 will
be paid monthly as a fixed salary for the duration of the probation period (two months).

Fast forward to January the 4th I have been trying to reach out the the employer to assure my compensation for the first month will be deposited on time, they never got back to me and the flow of shipments suddenly stops. I went on indeed and view a few complaints regarding this Scam. I am extremely worried, because these people have copy of my Drivers license, social security card and copy of my light bill.

I filled out paperwork to work for this company. State and federal forms. Lots of information. W-2, I-9s. I mailed about 5 -6 packages. Some of the packages were military in nature, with night scopes. Today I am supposed to be paid and now I can’t get in touch with the supervisor.

In the role of Logistics Maintenance specialist, you will be expected to carry out the duties and responsibilities which are specified below. This list is periodically updated to reflect customer service needs.
Maintains email and phone contact with supervisor and other members of the staff to receive, or provide timely updates regarding the work process.
Ensures, that the Logistic Maintenance Specialist is present at the delivery address during the designated hours to receive / pick up the incoming deliveries.
Ensures, that the delivered packages are inspected in a timely manner, and that a photo report is sent to the supervisor right away.
Maintains a professional attitude towards the assigned duties, to ensure accuracy, thoroughness and speed.
Ensures that the received packages are shipped out under the corresponding labels within a certain time limit and are adequately prepared for shipping.
We are offering you a base salary of $2800.00 per month will be paid for the duration of the two probation months, paid 30 days after the first delivery was accepted (monthly payment), $3000.00 (split in two parts and paid bi-weekly) starting with the third month of the employment. On top of that, you will be entitled to a monthly bonus based on the results of your work, which will be subject to deductions for taxes and other withholdings as required by law.
For employment with Cargo Transfer LLC, you are required to sign the Employment Agreement and fill in a couple of other official employment Form for your taxation and employment eligibility verification, which must be signed prior to your start date.
Your working hours will be from 09:00 AM till 06:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Before we can send you the employment paperwork for the above described position, we require you to provide the following initial documents, required for mandatory background and residential address checks:
a copy of your ID (government issues photo ID/DL) for the background check (performed for every potential candidate)
a bill statement, or a piece of mail with your current actual address and your name on it as a confirmation of your address.

Offered a work at home job opportunity. 2,800 and 3,000 after first month. I looked at there website and don’t see a license number. I did not move forward with them obviously but please look into this and try and stop them before them scam others.
