very long phone call transferred several times. Offered to payoff off high limit credit card and replace it with a Discover card at 0 % interest for the life of the card and 0% int on all future purchase as long as you did not miss more than 3 payments. Fee was 3% or more and it would roll into the new Discover credit card. asked for last 4# of social security number at first than later asked only for the 1st #5 of the social security #. then asked for all the information regarding the current credit card including the exp date and security number on the back then signed a document with no company name or phone number on the doc’s. once emailed doc was signed this company Charged the excising credit card for $2990.00 for the up front fee (which was not explained it was an up front fee) then aid a Discover card would arrive in 3 business days. This company verbally stated they would pay off the high int credit card at Bank of American and the payoff amount would cover the fee of $2990.00. Payment Solutions or Card Services Solutions
