What a scam. I sent $149.00 For the machine you advertized to lift heavy objects
up on a table or in a vehicle and never received my money back or anything. That may have been as long as a year ago.
On March26, 2020 in purchased a PHT 140 Powered Hand Truck off an advertizement on Facebook : Caraval Co. and paid 156.35 in full until this day i have yet to receive the product or any communication as to the status of my order. I contacted my bank to contest the charge on my card, but the contestalbity period had passed. Can not find a way to get my money back or the product Help

"Sold" me a PHT-140 Powered Hand Truck by popping up as an add on Facebook. I saw it through a friend who knew my Dad needed help lifting and of course I thought my Dad would love it so I purchased it. They charged my account, sent me an order confirmation that looked legit along with a shipping confirmation a couple days later that also looked legit. I figured with the virus currently, it would take a while to arrive. I just found the email as I realized it’s been over a month and now the link to their website is broken, the website if you search it online no longer exists and the tracking link is broken. The saddest part is Facebook is allowing them to operate over four different pages where now I’ve done some research and the only comments on the pages are from people who have been scammed and had their money taken without receiving the products ordered. I have turned them into Facebook and the pages still exist so please beware, doesn’t look like Facebook is going to do a thing to stop the pages. Be smart, research before you buy, I normally do but unfortunately I didn’t this time as I was in a hurry!
