They Robo call everyday from different numbers, I am on the do not call list, have blocked and blocked the numbers from them. But every day they call from new numbers. Say that my Car Warranty needs to renewed. I have a 2014 KIA with a 10 year warranty or mileage which come first. I tell them to stop calling daily and they continue to call. They are all from India. I tell them that I do not have a car warranty with them and they continue to call .

We received several calls over the last few days trying to inform us our car warranty is expiring. (We don’t have one) it was a recorded message and this morning I listened and finally talked to someone. They wanted year/make/model of my car. I said “ I want you to tell me what it is since I don’t have one”. They immediately hung up and the phone number is disconnected now.

I received a call from someone that said I called, I didn’t. I mentioned I hope my number wasn’t being used for a scam. Today, the person called back and said she got another call from my number saying they were a car warrantyservice and that it probably was a scam. I reported this to my phone company, Hawaiian Telcom and they told me to report to BBB.org. What do I do now?

They call me about 5 times daily at least. They are offering extended car warranties. I don’t even have the vehicle they are trying to offer me coverage for. I have asked at least 10 times that they stop calling me. Each time they argue with me telling me that i need this coverage. I even spoke with a manager once and although i was being polite he told me i was being rude and hung up on me.

My phone rang with an unrecognizable phone #. I answered and a recording instantly started, before I even said "hello". It said the warranties on my vehicle were expired or about to expire. It said for more information, please press 1. I could tell this was a scam because the first of my two truck warranties doesn’t expire for at least another two years. I pressed 1, just to see what kind of scam it was so I could report it to you.

After pressing 1, a man answered and you could tell by the way he talked, that he wasn’t actually from a legitimate business. He even said the call was for a name that isn’t mine. When I asked who the name was again, he hung up. So obviously he hung up, knowing I was on to him. He hung up before trying to scam money from me.

I will receive a call usually mid morning early afternoon. I often get calls for work from numbers I don’t recognize so I answer and say “this is Kyle” short pause and an automated voice says my car warranty is about to expire please press 1 to be directed to someone.

I have had at least 1-2call from a similar number saying I can receive a break on my federal student loans from a program I signed up for. Press 1 to claim and directed to a real person.

All calls are from Windom, MN. Area code of 507-

This company has repeatedly called my telephone number. I have blocked the number and yet messages are still left on my voicemail. I called two weeks ago and told them to take me off the call list. Now if I tried to call them it will ring twice and automatically hang up so they have blocked me from calling them but are still insistent on calling me.

Automated message stating this was my last warning for my warranty. I pressed 1 to speak to a representative who then transferred me to a "senior" rep. I gave them my name, car year, make, and model as well as my Zip code. I asked many questions as I was suspicious and after I gave them my zip code they stated California was out of their jurisdiction and hung up.

They called me about extending my car warranty and was asking about my car and insurance information. I don’t have a car under my name as of yet(I’m still in high school and I have my permit so 17) so I told them I don’t have a car. They quickly apologized and hung up. I have been receiving their calls for about a month or so intermittently so it could also be someone used my phone number as a fake number on a warranty
