I received a message from a 303 number (Denver) telling me to call an 888 376 2514 number regarding a complaint. I was warned I had 24 hours to respond before they proceeded with filings. I called the 888 number and the person who answered said the firm was called CAR Civil Litigation Law Firm, and that they use a 3rd party to make the calls. When I informed him that you can’t serve someone over the phone he retorted with "oh, are you a lawyer?" Second time I’ve dealt with this kind of scam.
