Type of a scam Tax Collection
Received a letter from Capitol one bank stating that IRS contacted them and needed me to fill out a w-9 form. Stated that the ssn number was wrong and I needed to correct it. Called Capitol and they have no record of an account in my name therefore it was a scam to receive my ssn number.
