It has my name address. For questions please call 1-866-854-9736. I did not call that number.
I called Capital One. They verified that this was not there address or one of their phone numbers. They also verified that they did not have a cancellation of Dept on me.
I also called BBB, they looked up phone number and verified it didn’t come up as a business. I call the Credit Bureau and filed a report.
They had the last 4 digits of my S.S # on the form and a phony C C # as well.
