Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

Ordered 4 hydro flask items (2 22oz tumblers, 2 true pint cups) and received completly different hydro flask items. Ask to have the correct items sent and a mailing label to send the incorrect ones back. Was offered a $20 coupon and free gift on next order and was told to keep the items. Refused, told them I did not want the items sent and asked for the items I ordered or a full refund. They offered an $8 refund. Refused and demanded a full refund. Reported theses events here after research showed this was not a legit site. Plan to work with CC company to dispute payment.

Camogym advertised discounted Hydroflask product. I made an online purchase, received a confirmation and copy of invoice, but never received tracking information. I have reached out several times and they keep telling me the product has shipped and they need to get tracker from "their shipper". Never received product.

Ad on Facebook Claimed to have a great sale on hydro flask products. I placed an order for a total of $38.88 on March 13, 2018. The emailed receipt said order would ship in 4-5 days. After 1 week I hadn’t received tracking info I emailed asking for an update. I was told due to overwhelming demand there were delays and my order would ship soon. From the wording in the email it was very clear this was not a legit company. I immediately said cancel my order. Received another poorly worded email saying it would ship ASAP, I replied “cancel, do not ship” Another round of same emails and now they’re saying it cant be canceled because it shipped and I will get tracking info in the next few days. My credit card has been charged but that is being disputed.

This is a fraudulent company. Their website looks like they sell legitimate hydroflask items. They "processed" my order and said that my items would be shipped in 2-4 days. It has been 15 days now, they have not been shipped, and the "customer service" people are giving me the runaround. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
