Ordered a sweater in January 2020. Two months later nothing. Sent them an email. Badly worded response saying the item is on its way. Now two months more nothing. So I got scammed. Unfortunate that internet offers that look good are fronts for taking my money. I think they never had any intentions of shipping anything. I used Pay Pal.

I responded to a pop-up ad for clothing while on YouTube. I attempted to buy a sweater on January 10, 2020 using my Debit card but the card was rejected 3 times. So I used a credit card and the transaction was completed. After the credit card transaction I was notified by my bank. They had frozen my Debit card account until I confirmed that I attempted to use the debit card (in Poland). I confirmed that (not knowing it was Poland) and my Debit card account was reactivated. I received a confirmation of the order on January 10th, no shipping information or details were included. I checked my Arrive app on February 4th. The message said "Order Confirmed" Shipping Method: SUPER SAVINGS (10-25 shipping days) . There wasn’t a delivery vendor listed or any tracking information. I started sending email messages and text messages listed on Callfordress.com "Contact Us" links. Messages were sent February 4th-10th-17th-18th-19th. There have been NO responses from them. The last message I told them I would be contact the BBB. That’s my last attempt to contact them.
