I ordered maternity clothes from this website because pictures looked great. It took 4 months to receive order. The quality of the product was nothing like what was described and the sizes were not consistent at all-some large were too large or too small and the material was cheap. I asked to return and get a refund and after numerous emails back and forth and it often took a week to get a response they said I’d have to pay for shipping but a full refund would be given once they received confirmation from me that Canada post had delivered item. I provided tracking information and date of delivery and paid for return and have still not received a refund for the $155 dollars I spent on the clothes that I returned and it has been 2 months now since items were returned.

I purchased items from this website in May of 2018 and early June I emailed them for an address to return items that I didn’t like. They do not provide any contact information on their website and after some back and forth I was able to get them to give me an address for me to return my items. I sent them the tracking number and everything and I received an email from them in June indicating I would get a refund in the amount of $96.12 and I still haven’t received anything. Every time I contact them they say to allow 10-20 days and they tell me that their system is slow. It wasn’t slow when they charged my credit card. It shouldn’t take 3 months to refund money.

I ordered $*** in maternity clothes and got then a month and a half later. None of them fit correctly according to their sizing charts and they were so poorly made; crooked, thin, cheap knock off of what was pictures and not maternity wear. I sent items back and they agreed o was due my refund. Well after 2 months of emailing (no way to contact by phone as numbers posted are incorrect) they still haven’t refunded me, just kept giving new excuses. "Issues in financial dept, it’s our peak season and backed up, on high priority please give 10 more days". Many Facebook comments show this is typical of this scam company. They need shut down.

I ordered maternity clothing from this site. They have ads all over Facebook that constantly pop up. I ordered some clothing from them. I never received my order. They have no phone number to contact customer service, instead they email. They just give run arounds. I never received my order nor a refund. I’ve read so many comments saying others are experiencing the same problem.

I ordered 3 items from this company on Facebook and they charged me double to start with. My mom made the purchase and we had to cancel her card. Weeks and weeks went by and I had not received my mom’s refund for the double charge nor had I received my items. I contacted the company immediately after purchase via email. I was unable to find a phone number. I made my purchase in November. We emailed back and forth 23 different times about both my mom’s refund and my items. They constantly gave me the run around. Your items are on back order. It should be 10 days. You refund should be posted on Tuesday. Those days came and went and still nothing. Again the run around. It will be 2 more weeks, we apologize. No response when asked about my mom’s refund where they charged her account twice (over $100). I sent them a final email very frustrated stating I would report them to the BBB and I have yet to hear a response back, get my mom’s refund from the company or receive my items. This email was sent out on 1/4/18. I would not recommend anyone purchasing from them. I strongly feel this is a scam and they have probably gotten lots of people.
