TOTAL SCAM – DONT BE FOOLED

This company originally quoted me $1400 represent me in an Eviction proceeding, WAY MORE THAN other LOCAL ATTORNEYS charge. I spoke with Julie Scott purportedly the lead Case Manager and sent me an Agreement via email that says NOTHING. The Terms of the Agreement say its effective as of___2/27/16____ and will end when concluded.

Julie would not provide a name of the attorney and says she will liase between you and him until you go to court, I asked about filing Notice to court and she emailed me the documents and told me to take them to the courthouse and file them.

When we were given a court date, I asked her if I needed to wait until after we went to court to vacate, she said she would ask the attorney and get back to me. Julie said I could vacate and the attorney would file paperwork before the hearing that I vacated and the case would be dismissed, and SPECIFICALLY TOLD ME NOT TO GO TO THE HEARING. Julie DID NOT file pathe paperwork, the Court entered a Judgement because I didnt show for the hearing and Julie WILL NOT return calls. CEDS is NOT AN ATTORNEY THEY ARE A SCAM.
